Mariner West is a family friendly low rise gulf front condominium on the east side of Panama City Beach. FL. Our large spacious gulf front one bedroom unit with two full baths sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. We offer a fully furnished kitchen, cable TV with HBO and high speed internet. In addition there is a separate laundry room to store all of your beach gear. You have a front row seat on your large private balcony to greet the sunrise and watch the stunning sunsets. That’s just to start!
Being a low rise condominium we are able to offer you a large private beach with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the amazing white sandy beach and the clear emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. NO OVERCROWDING HERE!

  Myself and three friends stayed at Mariner West. We have stayed there multiple times we love it so much. It’s family oriented very short walk to the beach and very secure. We are Sassy Seniors Who still love the beach.
  The East End is closer to all the good restaurants And you don’t have a lot of the parting and going on here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful if a problem arises.

  We love the location of the Mariner West. It’s only a short walk to the beach and for us who are seniors it’s perfect.   Mariner West 201 is a beautiful condo just as described. We found it clean and beautifully decorated. There is plenty of seating in the LR and on the wrap-around balcony. Beds and pillows were very comfortable but blankets would have been a nice addition. The beach is excellent and the condo location is convenient to shopping and dining out.
  It may be time for a new refrigerator as there was water standing in the bottom when we arrived and it did not cool well. The commode in the hall bath needs attention, as well as the door lock on the adjacent wash room. The commode should be an easy fix and Management was quick to open the wash room door when called but the door had to remain open during our stay. A digital door knob on both the unit and the wash room would be a nice upgrade.
  The unit has a coffee pot but it is single serve and we were not prepared with single serve coffee but this was an easy fix with a trip to Walmart.
  Cable went out about the middle of our stay at no fault of the owner. The condo management quickly responded and called the cable company but repair was not happening until after we left.
  With the issues above being resolved I would certainly stay in Unit 201 again.

  It was a very nice rental! It’s time in 210! Was bothered to stay in room to wait on contractors two days! Wish I knew about construction, very noisy at pool, we also missed 3 days due to possible hurricane - in the pull out trash can there was roaches- this was my 21 st year- it’s ok- but I hate the 300 deposit. Give the long term folks a break!

  Our room and view of the ocean was beautiful. We've stayed at Mariner a few times and wanted to try the corner unit for the extra balcony space. Unfortunately, during peak vacation season, week before 4th of July, the condo was having renovations which included painting the exterior and replacing windows. The renovation company and repairs being done were careless, sloppy, and chaotic. They'd come to paint the balcony but wouldn't finish, come back the next day still not finished. It's about a 1-2 hour job. The pattern of work was unpredictable - they'd do a little here and then a little there.They had ladders waaay to close to some of the poolside chairs, several guests had to move due to their own safety concerns. They scraped off large pieces of stucco and just let it fall in the guests way and didn't bother to clean up on their exit. I swept off our porch and cleaned our sliding door so we'd be able to see outside. I did let the front office know all of this.
  
  Again, our room was beautiful and the kitchen was very upscale - no complaints on any of that but the exterior work being conducted at the time - that's a different story.

  We really enjoyed our time at Mariner West, Unit 201. We chose it for the quieter location, smaller size, and beautiful uncrowded beach. Very close to St Andrews state park. This unit has a great view and overlooks the pool, so we were able to watch our children from the balcony. Balcony is huge on the end units, and we ate on the balcony every day. The unit is well stocked and clean. I wish it didn't have carpet in the main area, I worried we would get it wet or sandy. The condos were well maintained, except for the tennis courts, which were cracked and growing grass in the courts. Pool furniture was nice and chairs were always available. We didn't use the grills but there were several on the back deck, so you can grill while the kids are in the pool.
